Who are we and how do we work?
We are the agency specialized in home rentals in the area of Campos, Ses Salines, Santanyí, Llucmajor, Palma and Porreres. Both long and short term.
- We look for the maximum professionalism and seriousness. Renting a property is a great responsibility.
- We follow a very rigorous process in evaluating candidates. We carry out two interviews with each family (at least one of them with the owner), an economic feasibility analysis and a debt study. This methodology means that we currently do not have any rent defaults in any of the homes with tenants that we have recommended.
- We keep you permanently updated about viewings, candidates and process steps.
- We offer a wealth of experience in the area and have extensive owner references that we can provide upon request.
